About the role

Experience: 1–3 Years Industry: Recruitment / Staffing Employment Type: Full-Time Oxford Placement is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on experience in both IT & Non-IT recruitment. What you'll do: Handle end-to-end recruitment Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn & referrals Screen and shortlist candidates Coordinate interviews and follow-ups Understand client requirements Maintain candidate databases Work towards recruitment targets What we're looking for: 1–3 years of recruitment experience IT + Non-IT recruitment knowledge Strong sourcing and screening skills Good communication and follow-up skills Target-oriented approach Experience with recruitment portals/LinkedIn/Naukri

Key responsibilities

• Good English , Gujarati, Hindi communication skills.
